Forklift Services & Repairs are only available in Gauteng.
6 MONTH WARRANTY
We offer a 6-month warranty on all services and repairs – on both parts and labour, as well as a guaranteed response time for breakdowns – within 4 hours. Should the appointed technician not arrive within the 4-hour window period, labour costs will not be charged for that repair.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
If you are responsible for managing a fleet of forklift trucks, we will structure an affordable planned maintenance agreement for you to help you minimise costs and maximize performance. No matter how big or small your forklift fleet is.
Subject to an annual signed PMA agreement, we’ll give you fixed and reduced labour costs for one year. In addition, the price of parts, consumable and travel costs for the year will be fixed.
There is no monthly cost to you – you only pay us when you actually make use of the service.

Sign up for a Planned Maintenance Agreement for only R3100.00 ex vat, that is only payable when your service is done. Furthermore, our PMA will reduce your forklift’s maintenance costs, keep downtime to a minimum, lengthen your forklift’s life and help you budget for maintenance. Under a PMA your forklift will be serviced every 200 hours (Service A) at a cost of only R3100.00 ex VAT The price is fixed for 12 months and includes labour, travel, lubricants and service parts as set out in the PMA report. We suggest that you service your forklift at 1000 hours (Service B) and 2000 hours (Service C) Intervals. These services are not included in the PMA but are carried out at reduced rates if a PMA is signed.

Servicing of the forklift will be carried out at every 200 hours or 3 months whichever occurs first. The special offer of the third service for free will only be done subject to the first two services being done and paid for.
Third service which will equal to an “A” service will be done free of charge based on a 50km radius from Retrolex Forklifts premises and must be done within the same year preceding the expiry date of the PMA.
