If you have an emergency or breakdown in your forklift truck fleet, then our technicians are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – including public holidays.

If you have a Forklift service or maintenance agreement with us, or are an existing customer, then we guarantee that we’ll have a technician on site for you within 4 hours of your first call to us, or you don’t pay for the labour costs.*

6-Month Warranty

Labour and Parts

If we repair or service one of your forklift trucks, or even sell you parts, and you experience a breakdown or mechanical error within the first 6 months as a result of our work or the parts we’ve supplied, we will replace the part – or repair your forklift truck – at no extra cost to you.

On a rotational basis, we will always have at least one Senior Forklift Technician available to assist you every day.
